  • Blender


  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Nutmeg to garnish


  • Using a blender, blend all ingredients together until the consistency is smooth.
  • Pour Contents in your glass of choice and garnish with nutmeg.
