Prosciutto Mozzarella Crostini

Delicious Italian snack with Prosciutto, Basil, and Mozzarella. This Crostini bite can be a show stopper tat your dinner parties.

  • 5 slices of Tuscany bread
  • 5 pieces of prosciutto
  • 10 slices of mozzarella
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 10 melon cubes
  • Arugula
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Glaze


  • Slice the bread and prosciutto slices in half.
  • Cut melon into cubes and set aside.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each slice of bread and bake for 3-4 mins at 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees celsius.
  • Remove from the oven and add mozzarella slices on each bread slice. Toast for 5 mins in the oven.
  • Remove slices and place basil on each slice, then add melon on each slice, then add arugula on top of the melon.
  • Drizzle each slice with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve as you like.
