Strawberry Pisco Sour

This classic Peruvian cocktail made with Pisco a type of brandy is delicious, herbaceous, and fruity in the best blend possible. I turned my plain pisco sour into Strawberry Pisco Sour, how neat.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Muddler
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Pisco
  • 2 oz fresh strawberry juice
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 tbsp egg white
  • 4 drops Angostura Bitters
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker pour pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberry juice, and egg white in that order.
  • Add ice, and shake vigorously. If you don’t have a shaker you can use a blender.
  • Strain into a glass of choice then adds Angostura bitters on top of the foam to garnish.
