This lovely and beautiful Melon, Peach Salad with Prosciutto is absolutely amazing. I mean when I tell you it was to die for. So fresh, summery, and tasty.

  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ whole peach sliced thinly in crescent shape
  • 1 cup melon cut into cubes
  • Small handful basil
  • ½ ball of Burrata
  • 2-3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp balsamic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  • Add 1 cup of arugula on a plate or in a salad bowl then place ½ portion of the peaches, melon, basil, burrata, and prosciutto.
  • Repeat by adding the remaining layer of arugula, peaches, melon, basil, burrata, and prosciutto.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil then balsamic.
