Prosciutto Mozzarella Crostini

Delicious Italian snack with Prosciutto, Basil, and Mozzarella. This Crostini bite can be a show stopper tat your dinner parties.

- 5 slices of Tuscany bread
- 5 pieces of prosciutto
- 10 slices of mozzarella
- 10 basil leaves
- 10 melon cubes
- Arugula
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze
Slice the bread and prosciutto slices in half.
Cut melon into cubes and set aside.
Drizzle olive oil over each slice of bread and bake for 3-4 mins at 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees celsius.
Remove from the oven and add mozzarella slices on each bread slice. Toast for 5 mins in the oven.
Remove slices and place basil on each slice, then add melon on each slice, then add arugula on top of the melon.
Drizzle each slice with balsamic glaze.
Serve as you like.
