Melon and Peach Prosciutto Salad

This lovely and beautiful Melon, Peach Salad with Prosciutto is absolutely amazing. I mean when I tell you it was to die for. So fresh, summery, and tasty.

- 2 cups arugula
- ½ whole peach sliced thinly in crescent shape
- 1 cup melon cut into cubes
- Small handful basil
- ½ ball of Burrata
- 2-3 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp balsamic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Add 1 cup of arugula on a plate or in a salad bowl then place ½ portion of the peaches, melon, basil, burrata, and prosciutto.
Repeat by adding the remaining layer of arugula, peaches, melon, basil, burrata, and prosciutto.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil then balsamic.
