Blue Sidecar Cocktail
Traditionally a sidecar is made with cognac and lemon juice. But this delicious twist has Curacao Blue and Cognac. The color accentuates the beauty while the flavor is mellow within your mouth.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Blue Curacao
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice Preferably Fresh
- Sugar to garnish the rim
- lemon Twist optional
Instructions
- Add sugar to a plate, lightly rub the lemon around the rim of the glass then dip the rim of the glass in the plate of sugar to coat.
- Add cognac, blue curacao and lemon juice in a shaker and add ice. Shake until chilled then strain into your sugar-coated rim glass. Enjoy!
