My name is Fallon “I AM JAMAICAN“ (I had to say that out loud) and I designed “Kisses for Breakfast” to inspire, inform and assist you with life’s challenges in ways that will help you to live the best life.
I created Kisses for Breakfast after a long battle with depression and unhappiness. I found solace in God who saved me from a dark place I was heading. I am now a born again Christian and strive every day to cope with my long battle. Life is challenging and believe me being a Christian doesn’t make you immune to difficulty and pain. I believe my blog has given me hope along with my spirituality to go through daily life.
My passion for food is just too much, I love food, travel, and experiencing different cultures. I became in love with travel after doing my degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management but fell in love with cooking ever since I was 10.
