Diet Plan To Lose 7 Pounds In One Week
Hello Loves, I recently posted an exercise routine I am doing to get fit. I distinctly remember I told you that I would post my diet plan in the New Year and to make good on my promise I shall do so. So, this particular diet helped me to lose 7 pounds in one week without exercise. Of course, exercise will eventually come into play once you get into the diet because we want to promote a healthy body mind and soul. I also know that most of you ought to lose more than 7 pounds. Ok, so let’s get started.
Simple Exercise To Tone and Lose Weight
Down below is a list of food items and tips I used for results. I am currently still dieting and exercising. I would prefer the term lifestyle change. Remember if you go back to your old habits you will eventually gain back the weight. This should be a lifestyle change. PERIOD! Personally, I see myself down the line being a vegetarian. NO LIE! But then again I’m poor ehehehe.
Duly note I am not a nutritionist or dietician or expert of any sort. Attempting a diet and exercising plan may require approval from your doctor, especially if you have any underlying illnesses. I can tell you that I have done this particular diet and have seen results just by implementing this low carb, low sugar choices. This can be continued on a longer basis and does not necessarily means a short-term quick fix. This diet will not starve you, by eating these foods you should be satisfied and nourish.
If you would like to do the diet long-term, I will suggest adding snacks in your diet. For a quick fix avoid the snacks and do strength training exercise at least three times a week.
Firstly, let me start with the DO’S and the DON’TS
