So, I just started keto and I have to say, while I thought it would be easy, it’s not! Absolutely not!. I find that I am eating the same things over and over and being in quarantine doesn’t make it any better. I have strong cravings for sweets, salty and sour. My taste buds are all over the place, I wanna eat everything. I just keep wanting to munch and munch continuously. I believe, however, if we eat a balanced keto/low carb diet that is delicious and incorporate foods we love. I think you can stay on a straight path and achieve your goals. Here are some easy delicious keto recipes you can make at home.
