Smoothies are an excellent breakfast, lunch, or snack. They are a healthier substitution when you want to lose weight. They can be high in calories and low in calories depending on the ingredients. I often time make these delicious creamy smoothies and Banana Cream Smoothie is my favorite. Not many people like to add spice but spice makes everything nice.
Milk Options: Whole milk (higher calories) Almond Milk (lower Calorie) Coconut milk (lower calorie) Oat Milk (higher calories)
Peanut butter instead of almond butter: Either way it will taste amazing.
Do I have to add mangoes? No, add more frozen bananas.

Banana Cream Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Nutmeg to garnish
- Using a blender, blend all ingredients together until the consistency is smooth.
- Pour Contents in your glass of choice and garnish with nutmeg.
